Report Cards
This Thursday, our report cards will be posted on Parent Lounge. Contained in this report card is information in relation to your child’s progress during Semester Two.
When you receive your child's report card it is important to take the time to read to them the comments the teacher has written and discuss these comments together. Praise them for the effort and achievements they have made throughout the past two terms and discuss successes they have had over the course of the year.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s progress throughout the semester or report card, please contact the office or make an appointment with your child’s classroom teacher.

Year 6 Rite of Passage
Last Wednesday, Year 6 celebrated their Rite of Passage with a Mass at St. Michael's Church. Fr. Gasper presided and year 6 students were involved in the Mass. This was followed by a graduation dinner held at Sarina Sporting Services.
We would like to thank those parents who assisted greatly in the organisation of the graduation dinner. The function room looked amazing. Thank you to Bella Triffett, Amanda Fitzpatrick and Lisa-Maree Keir for organising the decorations for this event. The room looked amazing and was so special to the students.
I would like to wish all year 6 students and their families well in the next chapter of their educational journey.
I would like to share the special blessing Fr. Gasper gave to our outgoing leaders.
"...nurtured by the love of your parents, inspired by the guidance of the St. Anne’s staff, and bound by the precious gifts of friendship, you have been blessed. Bless these Student Leaders as we stand proudly in the light of their achievements. We pray that they may continue to grow in mind and heart, in wisdom and compassion, in faith and gentleness. Enable these students to see clearly that they can choose a meaningful life, that they must dare to dream, and above all that they are dearly loved. As we send them off to continue their journey, may they be blessed."

- VINNIES CHRISTMAS APPEAL -
- STELLARMARIS SEAFARERS SHOE BOXES -
This is the final call for any last donations to the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. Each class has a basket that they will present to St. Vincent's De Paul at our Giving Mass this Thursday at 9 am. Please see the list of items in the image that you can donate to those in need around the Mackay area this Christmas.
Stellarmaris is seeking shoeboxes for Seafarers who are not home for Christmas. If you can donate any personal items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, playing cards, sweets or biscuits they would greatly appreciate it as life as a Seafarer is often a lonely one, especially at Christmas time.
Please give all donations to your classroom teacher.
